AUTO FEED BEVELING MACHINE

The CONVEX shears the bevels ready for welding on the linear plates of any type of shearable materials for 6 to 40mm. In thickness, with a minimum width of 70mm and minimum length of 150mm.

Beveling angle is possible to adjust from 15° to 50° without replacing any parts.

The pressure bar unit and the piece supporting unit can be adjusted in height and are supplied with visible graduated scales.

The machine design allows for transferring the machine or for holding it during the machining of long and heavy pieces.

The machine can be hooked to the piece to be machined in either a horizontal or vertical position. CONVEX has a phase reversal. Right / left feeding. The electic circuit in enclosed in a dust proof box and is equipped with all the safety devices necessary.

The CONVEX manipulator provides a simple, quick turn of 180° for making double-sided X bevels, eliminating requirement of crane for plate rotation and saving considerable time.

It's unique clamping system allows machine to be quickly assembled and disassembled without using any tools.

The beveler CONVEX is “swimming” on the MANIPULATOR and compensates for the unevenness of the floor.

Height of machine from the floor is adjusted quickly by the MANIPULATOR lift handle.

Travel is provided by massive wheels mounted on the carriage.

The CONVEX can be used with or without the Manipulator and the Manipulator can also be used like a stationary station.
